the location isn't great. you can reach the central station quickly if you time it right with the metro. check-in was slow! it took almost twenty minutes. i might consider staying again, but i would probably look at other options first.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i checked in early with no issues ms li gave me train station information and reminded me about the level 3 waiting lounge the free breakfast had a very tasty variety with excellent coffee available

the room lacked a refrigerator also i found the location to be slightly inconvenient since the metro was a ten minute walk this made getting to the city center more tiresome than expected

The supermarket across the street was very convenient. I could grab anything i needed. the ferry to the center was also a great option and it ran frequently. it was a short ride to the central area.

our room was not cleaned one evening and we discovered this late. we were checking out the next morning, so we didn't report it. the heating was provided by the air conditioner, made noise.

I appreciated the staff's service. They upgraded us to a canal view room. This happened when it became available. The staff are friendly and professional.

The hotel lobby is open. It felt a BIT cramped with the sofa bed pulled out. There was no microwave in the room. There was no fridge either.
